Mini Reunion

We got to hang out with Amy's old friends from Jr.High/High School. It was like old times again. Andrea (in black) and Matt (in dark green) are from Michigan. Debbie and Saladdin is from San Diego.

Back!

We came back from New Zealand last week, but we are still recovering from the jet lag, unpacking and working. Luckily we did not work a full so got some weekend to catch up on some Zzzz's. It was a wonderful trip that actually felt like we were gone for a long time. We never roughed a vacation as much as we did for this New Zealand one. You can imagine how it will be when you sleep in a car for almost 2 weeks. I think I went without a shower for 3 days at one point and then showered with lake water. I also came back from New Zealand with an allergic reaction and there are red itchy bumps on my legs and arms. The doctor said it will take 6-8 weeks to clear up and put me on medication that makes me very sleepy throughout the day. I also got some strong topical cream that helps with the skin inflammation. Despite that, we had a wonderful trip and I am putting together a few of the pictures (from the thousand that was taken) right now and will post the link in the next blog. As for now, my work is cut out for me. There are a few opportunities I have to use the real estate license I got to do some agent work. I am not sure how I will manage everything, but we'll see.
