Since all our friends are on facebook, we are discontinuing our blogspot blog because it's too much to keep up with. With our lives changing and getting more busy, we'll just be updating our facebook pages with updates and pictures. Thanks for reading!

RV Road trip - update 1

We are back from our rv road trip up the CA coast. It was a tiring trip, but well worth it to experience it with our son. He enjoyed crawling inside the rv and seeing all the beaches along the way. The above picture is one of the many stops we made along the way up. It was right off the highway 1 that we camped out in our rv. It was also the night of the meteor shower. The stars were brilliant and abundant that night and we could see it very clearly, but we accidentally slept through the time when the meteor shower was supposed to occur.

Wedding weekend

Orion attended his first wedding celebration this weekend. It was his aunt's marriage in a courthouse ceremony and a dinner reception the following day. He wore two ties. The lighter one for the daytime and a darker one at night. He shared in some of the 10-course meal the adults had, but with just 2 teeth, we had to be careful what he could digest.

His two teeth still stand alone in his mouth. They popped out at 7-months of age and nothing else has come in since then. He just can't wait to get teeth so he can eat all the adult food he can get his hands on.
